What the test found

The project installs and runs: the hub answered 200 on /healthz, the real Codex CLI completed a full ask-answer loop in the same resumed session reporting '试跑通过', test:quick passed 280/282, typecheck and format:check passed, and install-smoke.sh verified install-to-uninstall.

Full tier1 real end-to-end verified: emitted try.start via CLI, hub matched rule, worker claimed and launched the real local Codex CLI in the same thread, asked a card question after a container-env retry, answered 'green', same codex thread resumed and finished '你选了绿色，试跑通过'. npm run test:quick: 282 tests, 280 pass, 0 fail, 2 intentional skips (Claude not installed, macOS osascript). typecheck and format:check pass. scripts/install-smoke.sh passed 'from install to uninstall, all good'. uninstall --yes stopped hub and preserved data. Repo left unmodified (node_modules and mocks are local throwaway).
