All 26 targeted test projects pass with 2,438 tests passed, 11 skipped, and 1 todo; all 29 build targets succeed; examples/base returns 200 from /agents and /doc, its mocked model text endpoint returns 200 with persisted conversation history, and volt --version prints 0.1.0.

Docker and PostgreSQL binaries are unavailable, so the Postgres E2E test was skipped rather than passed. Model calls were verified against a locally created OpenAI-compatible mock. Lint exits 0 with five pre-existing complexity warnings. No test servers or mock processes remain listening.
