What the test found
The swe-af package is installed in the venv, all 1317 tests pass, and python -m swe_af starts a uvicorn server on port 8001 (reports degraded mode because no AgentField control plane is running on localhost:9999).
The container has OPENROUTER_API_KEY set, which changes BuildConfig's default runtime from claude_code to open_code. The _provider_env() context manager and mock.patch.dict in test_model_config.py already cleared the known provider keys (ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, OPENROUTER_API_KEY, INFRON_API_KEY, SWE_DEFAULT_RUNTIME), but OPENROUTER_API_KEY was still set for tests that did not use that fixture. All 6 affected tests were patched to isolate their env. 1317 tests pass, 1 intentionally skipped. The af CLI is not installed in this container; swe_af starts as a uvicorn server but needs AgentField control plane on localhost:9999 to operate normally. Starting with just an API key and the pip install command works.
Argusic installed SWE-AF in 0.28 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
