What the test found
NaturalVoiceSAPIAdapter.dll registers successfully as a SAPI5 COM object under Wine, but the bundled TTS test application fails at CoCreateInstance(CLSID_SpVoice) because Wine's sapi.dll provides only stub implementations of the SAPI5 voice API needed to enumerate and initialize voices
Pre-built release v0.2.9 downloaded from GitHub. Wine 11.19 downloaded from Kron4ek/Wine-Builds. DLL registered successfully. TtsApplication.exe launches and creates SAPI5 main window + Error dialog. The Error dialog is caused by incomplete SAPI5 stubs in Wine, not by a defect in the adapter itself. The app requires real Windows with Microsoft's SAPI5/SpVoice framework.
