Native Windows VC++ project (NaturalVoiceSAPIAdapter) requiring MSBuild v143 and Windows SDK. Release v0.2.9 x86_x64 binaries were downloaded from GitHub. Built wine-9.0 environment from extracted Ubuntu debs. x64 TtsApplication.exe launches successfully under wine and stays running. x64 NaturalVoiceSAPIAdapter.dll registered via regsvr32 (exit 0). x86 binaries fail as expected (no wine32).
