The dev and Release builds both compile successfully from source with cmake, produce a deterministic byte-identical XML-schema-conformant ranked symbol map for the repo and the test/fixture corpus, and install to .local/bin; the regression test suite passes all checks except two that fail solely due to shallow-clone churn disclosure text mismatch and missing xmllint binary.
