What the test found

uv is installed, the plugin-eval project and yt-design-extractor have resolved all Python dependencies, make generate-all produces artifacts for all 6 harnesses (codex, copilot, cursor, opencode, antigravity, pi) with zero errors, make validate --strict passes, the full pytest suite passes 661 tests, and the smoke tests pass 5/5 with codex doctor and npx skills both working against the generated artifacts.

tesseract (system OCR) not installed — no root. yt-design-extractor depends on tesseract for OCR mode; transcript-only and frame extraction work without it. conduit-hooks, pre-commit hooks, and Git LFS not tested. The 18 garden warnings (9 skill size caps, 9 agent body divergences) are pre-existing. Git remote is github.com:wshobson/agents.git at commit 4236bb9.
