Graft builds, installs, passes 1219/1220 tests, and the CLI runs. Kotlin parsing is unavailable due to missing linux-x64 prebuilds in [email protected]; all other languages work.

Full test suite: 1219 pass, 0 fail, 1 skip (skipped test was pre-existing and unrelated). Build compiles cleanly. CLI responds to --help. All tree-sitter parsers with linux-x64 prebuilds work (typescript, tsx, python, go, java, r, swift, php). Only Kotlin fails to parse due to missing prebuilds in [email protected].
