What the test found

Busbar 1.5.5 builds, passes all 3085 unit tests, validates configs, serves the health endpoint, lists models, returns stats, and proxies requests through to upstream providers with correct protocol translation on both OpenAI-format and Anthropic-format endpoints.

Busbar 1.5.5 compiled and ran successfully. A mock upstream was stood up on port 18999 to verify end-to-end request processing. All 3085 unit tests passed. The binary was validated with --validate, health endpoint returned 200, and requests via both OpenAI-format and Anthropic-format endpoints returned 200 with correctly translated responses. No code changes were needed - the repo worked out of the box after installing Rust 1.99.1.
