Busbar 1.5.5 builds, passes its full test suite (3085 unit tests), validates a minimal config, and serves /healthz (200), /stats (valid JSON), /v1/models (model list), admin /auth, and admin /models endpoints on both the data (:8090) and admin (:8091) listeners.

Rust 1.99.1 was not pre-installed and was installed via rustup. The project builds and all 3085+ tests pass. The server boots and responds on both data and admin planes with no real credentials needed for validation or basic operation.
