What the test found
npm-installed and source-built agent-desktop 1.1.0 both answer version with ok:true, its 4311 Rust tests pass with 0 failures, and against a real GTK3 app on Xvfb+openbox with the real at-spi2-registryd, snapshot, find, get, click, and screenshot all work, where clicking the Go button changed the button's accessible label to 'Clicked 1'.
Standard install path works via user-prefix npm. Real end-to-end verified on Linux with a real GTK3 Python app on Xvfb+openbox and the real at-spi2-registryd; only org.a11y.Bus.GetAddress is a stub because root-owned files block the real a11y launcher in this container. The full Linux E2E harness (run.sh) still cannot boot its private tier because its session bus has no a11y activation (same root-owned service paths), but the binary itself was proven against the standing bus. Missing system packages were user-extracted per mission rules; nothing required real credentials.
