What the test found

The frontend (TypeScript/Svelte 5) builds cleanly and all 1494 TypeScript tests pass; the Rust/Tauri backend cannot compile because the container lacks GTK/WebKit development libraries that require root to install.

Frontend fully verified (1494 passing tests, clean svelte-check, successful build). Rust backend has ~130 #[test] functions across 6 modules but cannot be compiled without root to install libglib2.0-dev, libgtk-3-dev, libwebkit2gtk-4.1-dev, libsoup-3.0-dev, and related -dev packages. The Tauri binary cannot be produced or launched in this environment.
