MISAKA 0.18.11 installs and launches: --version prints 0.18.11, init creates a git project, the panel opens the setup wizard with fd and pdftotext present from the bundled archive, dm runs real turns that reply, and the test suite passes 4361 tests (the single remaining failure needs the optional ocrmypdf system package, which is absent without root).

uv installed user-level (PEP-668 system). Source install via `uv tool install 'misaka[providers] @ .'`. One test remains failing only because optional ocrmypdf (a system package, not bundled, no root) is absent; the rest of the suite passes. Required fd/pdftotext came from the project's bundled prebuilt archive.
