What the test found

astro-airflow-mcp installs cleanly (uv sync --all-extras), its unit suite passes 610/610, its integration suite passes 44/45 (1 skipped) against a schema-correct Airflow 3 mock, the MCP server answered HTTP 200 to MCP initialize and get_airflow_version returned 3.4.0, and the af CLI returned version 0.0.1.dev1+dev.gcbe1141f5.d20261020 and healthy health status against the mock.

Skill/plugin dirs not exercised. MCP server verified over HTTP (transport http); stdio launch not tested end-to-end. MCP list tools show data under a response/field because the mock returns Airflow's real 'items' shape while the MCP list wrapper expects plural keys (project's own integration tests assert plural keys and pass: 44 passed, 5 skipped).
