What the test found

The Browser Use WebUI serves HTTP 200 on port 7788 with the full Gradio UI, runs an agent against the local mock, and completes tasks with a decodable recording GIF and agent-history JSON.

Stood up a local schema-correct OpenAI mock because no third-party keys exist; the mock mirrors LangChain's single structured-output tool so browser-use's parser had no library changes. Repository change is limited to a 10-line Python 2-compatible strtobool helper. Real Chromium ran in headless mode on Xvfb; server stayed up after both UI runs.
