Memos backend builds, starts, initializes a fresh SQLite database, serves the web UI and Connect RPC API, authenticates users, and supports memo creation and listing — all verified with no errors.

All 32 Go test packages passed. Frontend lint passed. Frontend production build succeeded. End-to-end API flow verified: server start, user creation, JWT sign-in, memo CRUD via Connect RPC.

Argusic installed memos in 10.5 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 5 of 5 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
