Memos builds, starts, serves HTTP, and passes all Go backend tests. The SQLite-based server runs in private access mode, serving the SPA at / and handling API requests.

24 frontend test failures are pre-existing CSS class mismatches (148 test files run, 146 pass). All Go tests pass (server, internal, store/sqlite). The app builds, starts, and serves HTTP traffic on port 8081/8082.
