Root npm install completed, npm run build succeeded, the standalone Next.js app serves the login page (200), models API (200 with JSON model list), and version endpoint (200), and the test suite runs 2562 passing tests.

2562 tests passed, 102 failed, 14 expected fail, 59 skipped (277 test files). 41 test files failed, 225 passed. Failed tests include known issues: cloud/ dir not in repo (embeddings.cloud), missing lowdb (db-benchmark), empty test files (saml, cline-auth, kimchi), network-dependent timeouts (xai-oauth, zed-native-auth), and assertion differences (windsurf executor URLs, openai-to-kiro thinking). App responded 200 on login, models, and version endpoints; 405 on chat completions (expected for GET on POST-only endpoint).
