x-reader installs in a fresh venv, all 10 tests pass, the CLI fetches real tweets/RSS/web content into the inbox, and the MCP server serves working stdio and SSE transports.

Real network verified: tweet fetch via oEmbed, Hacker News RSS via Jina, YouTube metadata, MCP stdio tools and MCP SSE handshake. Bilibili API 412 (anti-bot) and X browser-tier empty DOM are external limitations, not install defects. Fresh venv reinstall and 10/10 unittest pass after fixes.
