REST Client VS Code extension v0.26.0. npm install, webpack production build (minified 4.6 MiB), and tslint all pass. No test suite exists in the project (mocha is a devDependency but no test script is configured and no test files exist in src/). The CI workflow at .github/workflows only checks install+prepublish+tslint. The extension cannot be launched because it requires VS Code's extension host API (vscode module), which is not available outside of VS Code. 11 webpack warnings about missing optional dependencies (aws-crt, applicationinsights-native-metrics, @opentelemetry/*) are non-blocking. Bundle contents verified: all 14 registered commands, all language providers, and all code lenses are present in the output.
