On Node 22.16.0 (user-space install), hippo-memory installs, builds (tsc + UI), passes 4212 of 4234 tests, and its CLI, MCP server, HTTP server, and packed-tarball smoke test all run successfully in this container.

Real end-to-end verification: CLI init/remember/recall/outcome/sleep/doctor, MCP stdio initialize+tools/list+hippo_remember, HTTP /health 200, POST+GET /v1/memories round trip, and smoke:pack fresh-tarball install. Full suite: 465 files passed, 4 skipped; 4212 tests passed, 22 skipped. Only gap: container's stock Node 18 was below the engine requirement; fixed with a user-space Node 22 binary.
