Project installs, builds (tsc, typecheck), and runs via Bun. CLI help, models, wallet commands all work. Agent initializes with full tool set and makes live API calls. 374 tests pass; 78 fail only due to Bun test runner missing Vitest-specific vi APIs.

Real GROK_API_KEY required for end-to-end API verification. Agent loop, tool config, and network stack all verified working (real HTTP calls to x.ai API, correct 401 response for mock key). 374/452 tests pass (83%). CLI builds, runs, and responds to all commands.
