npm install succeeds, npm test passes 5684/5686 tests, npm run check passes all typechecks and boundary checks, npm run format is clean, all on Node 22.23.3 with vitest 5.0.4.

Removed npm-8 style node-domexception override from package.json, installed Node 22 via nvm, added vite as a dep, fixed test to use absolute path instead of tilde. The 2 pi-langfuse failures are pre-existing (missing @opentelemetry/core). npm run check and npm run format both pass cleanly.

Argusic installed pi-extensions in 8 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
