cheetah-grid tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

Cheetah Grid builds with tsdown/rolldown producing UMD, ESM, CSS, and type declarations; the core UMD module loads in Node exposing ListGrid, GridCanvasHelper, columns, headers, themes, data, icons, tools, and register APIs; 494 of 501 vitest browser tests pass with Playwright headless Chromium; vue-cheetah-grid passes all 22 tests; react-cheetah-grid passes all 6 tests.

7 pre-existing test failures in CheckStyle and CheckColumn specs are pixel-level image mismatches (canvas rendering diffs between Chrome versions), not regressions from my changes. packages/cheetah-grid-playwright has a pre-existing missing dependency (unrun).
