cheetah-grid tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

The cheetah-grid core library builds (tsdown produces dist/main.mjs, main.umd.js, main.css, main.d.mts) and the Node smoke test passes. Vitest runs 494/501 tests passing across 81/83 test files in Chromium headless browser mode. Vue and React wrapper packages also build successfully. 7 visual screenshot tests fail due to rendering differences across Chrome versions (CheckStyle and CheckColumn checkbox pixel comparisons).

Used Node.js v22.14.0 (downloaded binary) due to v18 lacking `styleText`. Patched vitest.config.ts to remove `chrome` channel default. The 7 failing tests are visual snapshot mismatches — not logic failures.
