What the test found

In a fresh container venv, the full pytest suite passes (469 passed, 9 environment skips), all five bash hooks pass syntax checks, and the topology, hosted-access, and app-config CLIs run to completion against mocked Azure and fail closed without it.

Platform repo (Azure deployment/config assets), not a standalone app binary; runtime apps live in manifest-pinned component repos. Full pytest suite ran and passed; CLIs exercised with the repo's own schema-correct mocked az plus a fake az binary, nothing real Azure.

Argusic installed GPT-RAG in 18 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
