What the test found

SpiceDB built with toolchain go1.27.3, serves an in-memory datastore on :8443, answers healthz 200, accepts schema and relationship writes, and correctly evaluates permission checks (anne has view, zoe does not), with the unit test suites passing except Docker-dependent datastore/e2e tests that cannot run here.

Verified real API: healthz 200, schema/relationship writes 200, permission check HAS_PERMISSION for anne and NO_PERMISSION for zoe against in-memory datastore. 105 unit packages pass; only Docker/container-dependent tests fail (no Docker available, cannot install without root). Full-suite hang reproduced once; isolated package rerun passes.

Argusic installed spicedb in 26 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
