What the test found

SpiceDB builds from source and the server starts with an in-memory datastore, serving gRPC (port 50051) and HTTP (port 8443) APIs that correctly process schema writes and permission checks.

Failed tests are Docker-dependent testcontainer tests (pkg/cmd and sdbtestcontainer) that require Docker which is not available in this environment. All other tests pass (130+ packages). Third-party keys (e.g. Spanner, Postgres, MySQL, CockroachDB) are only needed by integration tests; the in-memory datastore works without any external credentials.

Argusic installed spicedb in 15 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 1 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
