The full test suite passes (73/73, plus 9 subtests), the Node.js CLI installs the distilly skill to any target path, and every Python tool in tools/ prints correct usage on --help.

Python dependencies installed in a venv due to PEP 668 externally-managed-environment; Node.js CLI works out of the box. No third-party API keys needed for any automated test or CLI help output. Playwright chromium downloaded successfully.
