All 13 Go packages build and test successfully; the CLI binary runs at version v1.6.2; structure validation, link validation, content analysis, contamination analysis, and the 'check' command all function correctly against the example skill.

Go 1.27.3 was not pre-installed and had to be downloaded and extracted to ~/.local/go (no sudo available). Once installed, the project built and all tests passed without any code changes. The score evaluate/score report commands require external LLM provider API keys, which is expected; all other commands (validate structure, validate links, analyze, check) work fully offline.
