Vearch v3.5.9 binary (81MB) and gamma engine (.so) built from source, server starts with master+router+PS on localhost:8817/9001, REST API responds, db/create/list works, cluster health/stats/members endpoints return valid JSON, tests pass basic cluster operations but space creation times out due to PS heartbeat instability in constrained environment

Built from source in container without root. Required: Go 1.22.0 download, CRoaring v4.2.1 from source, faiss v1.14.1 from source. Gamma engine and vearch binary build successfully. Server starts in standalone 'all' mode. API responds on :8817 (master) and :9001 (router). Basic cluster health, stats, server list, db CRUD verified. Python test suite: 5 tests pass, space creation fails due to PS heartbeat timing in low-resource container. Go SDK compiles but tests need live server.
