Python dependencies (96 packages) installed via uv, npm dependencies installed, Next.js standalone build succeeded, uvicorn API server runs on port 8001 with 17+ routes serving HTTP 200, Next.js frontend server runs on port 3000 serving full HTML, test suite yields 104 passed and 2 failed (both require real third-party API keys to call external AI providers).

2 tests require real API credentials (Google AI Embeddings and OpenAI) to call external APIs; all 104 other tests pass. The embedder factory tests (3) pass with dummy API keys set as env vars since they only validate client init. The 2 client tests fail because they make actual API calls. The project is fully functional without real keys for local development with Ollama, or for serving the web UI and API endpoints.
