Backend FastAPI server runs on port 8001 with health, models, auth, repo, wiki, chat, codemap, and system endpoints all responding; frontend Next.js dev server compiles and serves on port 3000; 100 out of 105 tests pass (2 deselected for real API keys, 3 stale/invalid tests).

Backend API fully operational. Frontend dev server starts and serves pages but cannot build production bundle due to 1GB container memory limit (Next.js static generation phase OOM). The frontend dev mode compiles pages successfully and responds 200 on first load before memory threshold restarts. All 100 core unit/backend tests pass. 2 embedder tests need real API keys to pass. 3 legacy tests fail due to return/assert mismatch or removed module imports.
