Agent Deck v1.15.0 builds from source, passes 41/44 package test suites (all non-systemd tests), and runs both CLI and headless web server successfully.

All non-systemd-dependent tests pass (41/44 packages OK). 3 packages fail due to missing systemd user bus (no user session manager in container). Go 1.25.13 downloaded and installed successfully. Binary builds at 51MB. CLI help and web server verified working. Web server launched on http://127.0.0.1:8420. No real credentials required — no external API calls were needed.
