cyberapi tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

The cyberapi desktop app builds, all 198 workspace tests pass, and a fresh launch on the virtual display stays up with a live 'Cyber API' 1280x800 window while creating a valid 10-table cyberapi.db, after a one-line src/lib.rs fix that creates the data directory on first launch.

Rust was absent; installed rustup stable which auto-provided pinned 1.98.1. Two container gaps worked around outside the repo (dlopen fontconfig, RUSTFLAGS -L for xkbcommon/xcb, XDG user-dirs.dirs). One real repo bug fixed: first-launch data dir not created. Desktop app verified on Xvfb :99 with a live 1280x800 'Cyber API' window; bridge needs PostgreSQL/MySQL which the container lacks.

Argusic installed cyberapi in 38 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 5 of 5 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
