What the test found

Radar builds from source and runs; frontend is built and embedded, Go binary serves the UI at localhost:9282, and all unit tests pass.

All 40+ Go internal packages pass tests, all 40+ pkg packages pass tests. Full make build (frontend + embed + Go binary) succeeds. The binary serves HTTP on port 9282 returning 200. A real Kubernetes cluster is needed for full E2E verification, but the app gracefully handles its absence. No third-party keys needed.

Argusic installed radar in 21 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
