npm ci installed 266 packages and npm run build exited 0; the build emitted only chunk-size and unresolved-icon warnings, and the runtime icon plus all 33 advertised assets returned 200. Optional speech capture and microphone support were unavailable in this container; NapCat profile refresh on port 3000 also failed because no HTTP service listened there, while its WebSocket listener accepted a real client. Tests skipped 28 source, 73 script, and 1 Skill cases that were platform- or environment-specific; 34 script tests were marked todo.
