What the test found

The usagi binary builds with the gles feature, inits and runs a Lua project on the Xvfb display with a mapped 640x360 Game window, exports runnable zips and a .usagi bundle, its 461-test suite passes, and its F8/Ctrl+G captures decode to valid 640x360 GIF frames containing the rendered 'Hello, Usagi!' text; only known caveat is the gif-crate/weezl LZW min-code-2 encode bug that corrupts later frames of the captured GIFs.

No third-party keys were required (no real credentials needed). Audio init failed and GLES surfaces didn't render to the Xvfb root, so pixel proof came from engine-side GIF output, not window screenshots. The gif/weezl bug is in the dependency, not the repo. Verified with: usagi --help, usagi --version (1.4.0-dev), usagi init created a project, cargo build --features gles completed, cargo test --features gles RUSTFLAGS='-L <sysroot>' ran 461 tests (461 passed), usagi export produced game-linux.zip + game.usagi, the exported game binary ran on :99 with a mapped 640x360 'Game' window, F8/Ctrl+G captures decoded via ffmpeg to 640x360 frames with the expected black/white pixels. BUILD_ENV.md records the exact build env.

Argusic installed usagi in 36 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 7 of 7 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
