The Chrome Relay relay server starts, answers HTTP endpoints with correct status codes, and passes all 12 integration tests including agent WebSocket connections authenticated by secret and process markers, extension origin validation, web page rejection, and audit trail persistence.

Node.js v18.19.1 present vs required >=20; ws module needs only >=10, so npm install succeeded with a warning and all tests pass. The CLI bin/chrome-relay requires macOS (launchctl, Chrome paths) and cannot run setup/doctor on Linux - the relay itself and its tests worked fully.
