What the test found

Bun/Node/Rust toolchain installed user-level; frontend builds and its 2845 tests plus 99 API tests pass against a local Turso mock; the API server answers 200 on /health and /api/remote-agents/configs; only the Tauri desktop binary could not be built because glib-2.0/webkit2gtk dev packages are missing and cannot be installed without root.

Frontend tests/lint/tsc/build and API server/endpoints verified for real; API DB-backed tests exercised against a local file:/ Turso (libsql) mock with dummy token because real Turso/OAuth credentials are not present; Tauri GUI build blocked by missing system dev libraries (libwebkit2gtk-4.1-dev etc.) and no root. Two test-affecting source/test fixes applied and all suites pass.

Argusic installed talkcody in 25 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
