yazi and ya binaries compile from source, pass all tests, and launch successfully. The `ya` CLI and `yazi` file manager are fully functional.

The `ya env` diagnostic shows expected missing optional deps (file, ueberzugpp, fzf, fd, etc.) in this minimal environment, but `rg` (ripgrep) and `jq` are available. The `yazi` TUI app starts and renders its interface.
