What the test found

Dependencies installed, all unit tests pass, extractor produces correct incident timelines from the full git history of the Atom feed, and static site files serve without errors.

All 26 tests pass (24 Python, 2 JS). uv sync succeeded. Extractor processes all 1527 commits correctly and produces valid JSONL/CSV outputs. The full-history extractor run is slow (~70s for all commits) due to per-commit git show + XML parsing but that is normal behavior for the project design.
