Flask 3.2.0.dev installed from source, all 494 pytest tests pass on Python 3.12.3, and the CLI and test client work correctly.

Only prerequisite was installing uv via astral.sh script; no pip or apt available. Once uv was installed, `uv sync` built and installed Flask + 46 packages. All 494 tests pass. Flask app verified working via test_client.
