What the test found

The render pipeline generates valid H.264 MP4 output from spec files and solo scenes, all 134 automated tests pass, and the QA/film-gate analysis tools produce correct reports on generated media.

All missing dependencies were environment gaps (uv, Playwright Chromium, Python packages). The project's uv-based workflow auto-provisions deps on-demand; running tests via python3 -m unittest directly hits missing modules, fixed by using uv run --with or pip install. The project code itself had zero bugs.
