Frontend Angular build requires Node.js >=20.19 or >=22.12. System Node is v18.19.1; installed Node v22.12.0 manually from tarball to build. No Docker socket available in container so agent /health endpoint cannot contact Docker daemon (returns 404 at /api instead of proper health response), but all 263 agent/backend/shared Python tests pass and the backend itself serves real HTTP.
