freeciv tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

The freeciv-server binary (version 3.3.90.14-dev) was built from source, runs successfully, loads all game rulesets from the data directory, and accepts TCP client connections on port 5556.

All dev dependencies were extracted from .deb archives since the container has no root access. The server binary (15M static build) is at build-server/freeciv-server. No Qt/GTK clients were built (server-only config: -Dclients=[]).

Argusic installed freeciv in 12 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 5 of 5 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
