The binary builds cleanly at build/hax, reports version 6753f30, runs one-shot and JSON-stream prompts through the mock provider end-to-end including a real tool call, and passes all 121 unit and e2e tests plus make lint.

Full build and 121/121 tests (incl. 4 mock-provider e2e scenarios) pass; direct --json run via HAX_PROVIDER=mock dispatched a real bash tool call (wrote marker42) and returned outcome complete; only interactive-ui and real-model paths unverified (need a TTY/tmux and a real API key, which the mock makes unnecessary)
