gogs tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

Gogs 0.15.0+dev builds, all Go tests pass, and the web server launches on http://localhost:3000 serving the React frontend correctly (200 OK, title 'Gogs').

Installed Go 1.26.8 locally, Node v22.14.0, pnpm 11.1.3, moon CLI 2.5.4, and ssh-keygen from extracted openssh deb. Built Go binary with -tags prod and embedded web frontend built with Vite. Tested with `go test ./...` (all pass). Launched server on http://localhost:3000, confirmed 200 status and correct index.html rendering with '<title>Gogs</title>'. Two harmless config warnings (DB_TYPE, INSTALL_LOCK) remain due to deprecated keys; removed from custom config. Verified static asset serving (JS bundles return 200).
