Package installs in a venv, CLI prints version and help, and the full test suite of 193 tests passes via mocks for adb, cloud API, and browser operations.

Cloud/network-dependent tests use a browser_recorder mock and a sitecustomize.py that disables real HTTP. adb-requiring tests use a fake shell adb script. No real phone or credentials are available in this container, so no end-to-end phone control could be exercised. All 193 tests pass.
