FastSchema builds successfully and its core unit tests and SQLite-based integration tests all pass; the app starts on port 8000, accepts login requests, and returns system schemas via authenticated API calls.

Go 1.24.7 downloaded to /tmp/go; built binary at /tmp/fastschema (75MB ELF). 22 of 33 Go test packages pass including all core packages (db, fs, schema, plugins, services, api). Fixes: 2 files changed (init.go + fastschema_test.go). MySQL integration tests (11 packages) fail due to missing MySQL service - Docker not available and root access prevented.
